Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days returns policy subject to the article being in a saleable condition, unused and in original packaging. The overall condition of the returned item will be taken into consideration when making refunds. Please contact us by email: [email protected] before returning goods
Refunds, less original delivery charge, will be credited as per original method of payment.
Returns
If an item is being returned due to a fault we will also refund the delivery charge. If you return a damaged or faulty item from an order consisting of more than one item, we will only refund you the cost of the faulty item.
Custom made products may not normally be returned unless faulty. For your protection it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition and unused if returning them to us.
Cancellations
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must give us written notice (including email) within that seven day period. If you do cancel the order within the 7 day period any payments made by you will be returned in full within 30 days.
