WoolSoft reserves the right to modify or withdraw, either temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and confirm that WoolSoft shall not be liable to you or any third party for any alteration or change or any modification whatsoever, or withdrawal of the website, and/or change to the Conditions.

Disclosure of Information:

Data Protection Any information you submit to WoolSoft will be held and used by WoolSoft in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act for the purpose of order processing, account administration, statistical analysis, business analysis. Your information will not be passed on to any third party representatives. All credit card payments via the website are through PayPal and therefore all information pertaining to the credit cards are held with PayPal, none of this information is passed to WoolSoft.

 Liability and Indemnity

Except as otherwise stated and in relation to our contractual obligations regarding the supply of goods and/or services following orders accepted on our website WoolSoft nor any of their associates, representatives, agents or employees will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the WoolSoft website. WoolSoft shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website (to include without limitation, any such loss arising out of, or in connection with, any order placed on the website, whether accepted by WoolSoft or not). You agree to indemnify WoolSoft and associates, representatives, agents and employees, immediately upon demand against all claims, liability, damaages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.

Any links to other websites are for information only and do not necessarily recommend or endorse any views expressed within those sites.

Orders

When placing an order via the WoolSoft website you are making an offer to purchase goods, and as such, if accepted by us will result in a binding contract. You will receive confirmation of your order from WoolSoft as confirmation that a contract is formed.

Payment

WoolSoft is not currently VAT registered, therefore all quoted prices are free of VAT and correct at time of publishing.

We accept Credit/Debit card payments online via PayPal, we do not see any card details at WoolSoft as all processing is carried out by Paypal.

Postage costs shown are subsidised and apply to United Kingdom and Nortthern Ireland, Channel Islands and areas considered part of United Kingdom only.

Refunds, Cancellations and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days returns policy subject to the article being in a saleable condition and in original undamaged packaging. The overall condition of the returned item will be taken into consideration when making refunds.

Refunds will be credited as per original method of payment

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must give us written notice (including email) within that seven day period. If you do cancel the order within the 7 day period any payments made by you will be returned in full within 30 days.

If the item has already been despatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Cancelled items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.

If an item is being returned due to a fault we will also refund the delivery charge. If you return a damaged or faulty item from an order consisting of more than one item, we will only refund you the cost of the faulty item.

Custom made products may not normally be returned unless faulty.

For your protection it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

Faulty goods

 In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund (including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.

Product Availability

WoolSoft will endeavour to keep their website regularly updated with regard to current stock however, if a temporarily out of stock item is ordered you will be contacted and offered the option of cancelling your order, wait for the item to arrive in stock or be offered a similar alternative
